The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mondogo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dibiase tries to avoid it but Mondogo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dibiase to the ground. Dibiase escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Mondogo throws a body punch but Dibiase moves out of range.
Mondogo shoots in for a takedown but Dibiase shows good takedown defense.
Dibiase lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

It looks like Faustin Mondogo has been cut.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Mondogo.
Ted Dibiase has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Faustin Mondogo.
Mondogo swings for the body but Dibiase moves out of range.
