Wimpy looks for a takedown but Hardy sprawls well.
Wimpy has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Kevin Hardy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hardy takes a swing at Wimpy's ribcage but misses.
Wimpy closes the distance and clinches up with Hardy, looking for a takedown. Wimpy pushes Hardy against the cage but Hardy circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Danzig lands a left and a right that send Phillips crashing to the mat, dazed. Danzig thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Phillips throws a combination. Danzig tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Phillips is still on wobbly legs! Can Danzig finish him?
Danzig seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Phillips will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Danzig cracks Phillips on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Phillips falls backwards against the cage. Danzig follows up with more strikes that drop Phillips to his knees. Danzig keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Phillips! This one is all over!

Repo feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
