The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hockles lands a nice looking kick to the body. Michaels takes a step back to recover.
Michaels thows a body shot but no joy.
Hockles slips a jab and a cross from Michaels.
Nice defenses there by Hockles.
Michaels displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Hockles throws out the jab.
Hockles throws a front kick that sends Michaels stumbling back into the cage.

Hockles lands a left and a right that send Michaels crashing to the mat, dazed. Hockles thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Myers Hockles seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Noir breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Colt throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Colt shoots for a double leg takedown but Noir sprawls well. He's pushed Colt's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Colt connects with a nice short shot to Noir's temple.
