The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Utah shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Rose pinned against the cage. Rose gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Utah takes a swing at Rose's ribcage but misses.

Rose closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Utah to the mat! Utah manages to get full guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Rose sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Utah's guard.
Utah really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rose. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Utah pushes Rose off looking to stand but Rose dives back in and keeps control.
