Cold kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Cold As Ice. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dirt throws a hook but Cold avoids it easily.

Cold shoots in and bounces Dirt off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Cold works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Cold moves nicely into side control.
The referee asks Cold politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Cold prefers to stall for the moment though.
Dirt tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Cold wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Cold remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

County Cold overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of County Cold.
Dirt missing with a left hand there. Cold was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Dirt is trying to push Cold away but Cold has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

It looks like Burgess Meredith has been cut.
Meredith tries to clinch
and Stevens connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Meredith shoots for a takedown but Stevens saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Meredith fails with the takedown
and Stevens counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Stevens drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Meredith right on the button. Meredith goes down! Stevens follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Stevens gets the win via TKO!

Korrs really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Guida manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Korrs tries to bum rush Guida with a series of wild strikes but Guida uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Korrs leaves Guida with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Korrs throws a nice looking combination but Guida bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Michaud Korrs has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Clay Guida.
Korrs's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Guida connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Korrs scrambles back to his feet.

Guida feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Guida has hold of Korrs's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Korrs tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Guida cranks the arm and Korrs screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Korrs, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

MacLain shoots in looking for a takedown. Moorer tries to sprawl out of it but MacLain keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Moorer manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Moorer feints a jab promting MacLain to slip. Moorer then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. MacLain slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Moorer swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Moorer is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Moorer scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
MacLain misses with a series of wild punches.
Moorer stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Moorer wants it to stay on the feet.
MacLain dives in and grabs Moorer's left leg, looking for a takedown. Moorer pushes down on MacLain's head and hops out.
Dudley Moorer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shane MacLain.
