With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dan Schulz!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

King fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Schulz sprawls well initially but King persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Schulz is looking for a sweep. King is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Schulz kicks King off and gets back to his feet.

Schulz gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Schulz wants to stand but King is controlling the position.
Schulz not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Schulz is trying to hold King in close to prevent damage but King has managed to pass into half guard.

King is looking for a kimura but Schulz is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for King to get the leverage.

King is working for a submission of some sort.

King is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Schulz sees it coming and defends easily.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Schulz trying to control from the bottom.
Schulz is trying to control but King manages to pass to mount!
Schulz is trying to escape the mount.

Schulz tries to lock up and control but King gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

King swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Schulz is now in King's guard. A big mistake from King there, giving up the dominant position!
King pulls Schulz in close to his closed guard and prevents Schulz from doing any damage or advancing position.
Schulz should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

King's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
King closes the distance and clinches up with Schulz, looking for a takedown. King pushes Schulz against the cage but Schulz circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
King shoots for a takedown but Schulz saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
King shoots in for a takedown but Schulz shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

King shoots in looking for a takedown. Schulz tries to sprawl out of it but King keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Schulz manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Nice takedown defense from Schulz. No joy for King on that attempt.
King will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

That was a close second round but I would say that RC King will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to RC King.

A punch lands to the side of Do Urden 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Do Urden connects with a solid leg kick.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Do Urden.
Do Urden shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Bethell on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
A telegraphed right hand from Bethell misses the target.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Do Urden - that will leave a mark!
Do Urden throws a push kick but Bethell slaps the foot to one side.
