The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zong shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jabber defends it nicely.
Zong throws a body kick that misses.
Jabber scores with a one two! Zong had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

It looks like Zhang Zong has been cut.
A good leg kick by Jabber.
Zong fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Jabber is out of range.
Jabber cracks Zong with an open hand slap.
Jabber misses with a lunging right hand
and Zong counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Jabber thinking.
A looping hook to the body misses from Jabber. Zong does a little dance to reset his feet.

Jabber lands a big head kick that sends Zong tumbling to the mat! Jabber takes a step backwards and waves Zong back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Zong is rocked!
Jim Jabber is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Jabber seems to be stalking Zong here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Zong drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lirving tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Lirving rushes Pain and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Pain is trying to drag Lirving to the mat but Lirving just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Lirving wants a takedown but no success here.
Lirving wants to take the fight to the mat but Pain manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Lirving pulls Pain into guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Lirving is on top in guard.

Pain working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lirving doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Lirving manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Lirving has eaten all the pies!

Pain throws a right hand that Lirving ducks under and follows up with a left that Lirving also avoids with ease.
Pain lands a head shot.
Lirving stuffs the takedown attempt from Pain. Pain gets slowly back to his feet.
An inside leg kick from Pain misses.
Donk. Pain catches Lirving right on the button with a cross.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Pain throws a good cross that connects.

That has opened up Kyrie Lirving's cut even more.
Pain connects with a right that clearly hurt Lirving. He's backed up against the cage with nowhere to go as Pain proceeds to tee off with vicious combinations till Lirving collapses and taps out under the pressure!

Buhay is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Jab can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Horrible takedown by Avas or perhaps it was just good defense by Imanari which made him look bad.
Imanari tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Imanari tries to score a power double leg takedown but Avas sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Imanari somewhat.

Avas bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Avas remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
You can see the frustration on Imanari's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
