Elbe closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Dog's guard.

Elbe is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Elbe is fighting to break Dog's control of his arms but Dog is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Dog escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Elbe gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Dog is trying to keep Elbe in close.
Dog pulls Elbe in close to prevent any damage.

Dog working for submissions but it's allowed Elbe to get to half guard.

Bitshup wants to hit a switch here but Alvarez passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Bitshup there!

Alvarez lands a big shot there that rocks Bitshup but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Alvarez fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Alvarez misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Alvarez is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Bitshup is trying to escape and Alvarez transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Bitshup is forced to tap! Nice work there by Alvarez! Very nice indeed!
