The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McOwester has closed the distance and engaged Dali in a clinch.
Dali is trying to break free.
McOwester throws an elbow that misses.
Dali wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
McOwester keeps control of Dali as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Dali working some nice short punches in the clinch.

Dali manages to break the clinch.

Dali bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
McOwester looks gassed!
Dali passes to full mount! That's big trouble for McOwester!

Dali working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. McOwester turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Dali off and cradles McOwester's limp body as Dali celebrates with his corner.

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Scruffy Murphy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Georges Stix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Murphy kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is I'm Shipping Up to Boston by Dropkick Murphy's. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Murphy could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

McClaine has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from McClaine there as he acknowledges the shot.
Lui lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - McClaine can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Lui and McClaine drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Lui.

That was a close second round but I would say that Yuyu Hakusho will probably get the nod.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
