The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bice blocks a jab.
Bice lands the left hand.
Jenkins looks to throw the jab but Bice is out of range.

Bice moves into range and clinches up with Jenkins.
Bice has Jenkins pressed against the ropes, preventing Jenkins from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Jenkins cracks Bice with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Bice is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Bice is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9, he's up! Wow, he cut that one a bit fine!

Jenkins looks low and kicks high, catching Bice right on the side of the head, sending him crashing to the canvas! Will he be able to beat the count? 3,4,5 - he's already back to his feet and ready to go! Let's see if he's still with it!
Bice lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Bice finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Jenkins scores a flash knockdown with a right hook that drops Bice to his hands and knees! The ref pushes Jenkins away as he looks to land an illegal blow. Bice got an extra few seconds to recover there, which could have made all the differences as he stumbles back to his feet. The referee looks into his eyes and decides to allow the bout to continue. Can he survive?!
Bice doesn't manage to clinch there - Jenkins circles away.

McPuncherton takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

McPuncherton throws out a head kick that Planet doesn't see coming - it connects and sends Planet crashing to the mat face first! He's bounced up to his knees and is scrambling to get back to his feet and beat the count. He's up on 5 but still looks a bit groggy; will the referee allow it to continue??? He's taking a good look into Planet's eyes and has decided to let it go on!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
