The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice leg kick lands there from Stirling.
Rytkonen throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Oh Rytkonen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Stirling lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Rytkonen up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Stirling from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Rytkonen's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.

Hurricane chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Rude can pounce on him.

Rude pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
That kick from Rude tenderised Hurricane's leg. Hurricane is trying to keep his angry face on.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Hurricane crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Rude - the referee stops the clock and Hurricane gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Rude. Hurricane manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Rude buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Rude fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Hurricane.

Rude throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Floyd Hurricane's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

Rude lands a big right hand that sends Hurricane crashing to the mat! Rude stays standing though and waves Hurricane back to his feet!
