and Payakaroon counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Payakaroon tries to close the distance and clinch but Chihuahua swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Good standup being displayed there by Chihuahua as he connects with a hook.

El Chihuahua really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Inner Beast Nutrition And Laundry logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Alfa lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Magnar has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Magnar and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Alfa changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Magnar tries to avoid it but Alfa manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Magnar to the ground. Magnar escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Alfa is looking to land body kicks.
Alfa fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Alfa on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Magnar. Magnar obviously looking to wear him down.

Magnar has given up his back here. Will Alfa look for the submission or keep pounding away?
Magnar knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Alfa on the ground.

Alfa looking to break Magnar's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Magnar remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Alfa will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

Alfa is looking for a rear naked choke here but Magnar reverses the position brilliantly into Alfa's guard!
Alfa looking to hit a scissor sweep but Magnar is one step ahead there.

Alfa escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Magnar gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Magnar sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Alfa's guard.

Alfa wants to control but Magnar is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Magnar is keen to just control but Alfa is a slippery customer.
Magnar tries to pass the half guard into mount. Alfa knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

That was a close round but I would say that Ballard Magnar will probably get the nod.
