The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
William displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Dutra throws out the jab.
Dutra throws a lazy right hand but William sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
William is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
William shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Dutra sprawls well. Dutra wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. William gets slowly back to his feet.
Dutra looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
William ducks under a wild hook from Dutra.
Dutra lands a jab-cross combination.
William really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
William is trying hard to land a takedown here. Dutra sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Dutra throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Nice defenses there by William.
Dutra works the jab nicely.
Dutra connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed William momentarily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Oh William is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Matheus Dutra seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Dutra dances in with a quick combination. William is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Dutra snaps William's head back. William stumbles backwards against the cage. Dutra steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with William's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. William just didn't come prepared.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Straw tries for a takedown but Skarbowsky sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Straw takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Straw shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Skarbowsky as he avoids it easily.
Skarbowsky is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Skarbowsky rushes Straw and presses him up against the cage.

Skarbowsky breaks the clinch.
Straw walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Straw shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Skarbowsky as he jumps to the side.
Jean Charles Skarbowsky has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sharp Straw.

Skarbowsky clinches up against the cage.

Skarbowsky lands a big right hand that sends Straw crashing to the mat! Skarbowsky stays standing though and waves Straw back to his feet!
Straw is still on wobbly legs! Can Skarbowsky finish him?

Skarbowsky gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Skarbowsky breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Skarbowsky seems to be stalking Straw here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Straw drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
