Button shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Tahkojuusto's guard.

Polvi Lumpio seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Lumpio fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bill manages to avoid it.

Lumpio tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Bill manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

and Bill counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! Lumpio has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!

Costa ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Greenthumb moves away.
Greenthumb tries to close the distance and clinch but Costa swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Greenthumb.
Costa shoots for a double leg takedown but Greenthumb sprawls well. He's pushed Costa's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Greenthumb tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Costa counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Costa closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Greenthumb's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Smokeleaf lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Ferreira has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Ferreira and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
