Machida cracks Nolan with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Nolan falls to his knees and Machida doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

Prokopos lands a nice shot to the body.
Blimm misses with a kick to the body.
Prokopos changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Blimm tries to avoid it but Prokopos manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Blimm to the ground. Blimm escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Blimm does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Prokopos throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Blimm avoids the body shot from Prokopos.

Riley takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Abaddon lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Abaddon scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

Abaddon stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Riley.
Riley throws a low kick, looking for Abaddon's leg but Abaddon calmly moves out of range.

Abaddon doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Abaddon lands with a straight right. Riley didn't see that one coming.

Riley throws a strike aimed at the side of Abaddon's head but Abaddon avoids it well.

Riley fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Abaddon looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Riley throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Abaddon seems to have recovered his senses.

Riley displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Abaddon throws out the jab.
Lupercal Abaddon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That was a close round but I would say that Travis Riley will probably get the nod.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Abaddon lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Riley has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Riley and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Riley throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Riley has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.
