Gaston feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Kock sprawling to the canvas! Kock rolls over backwards and springs off the ropes and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Gaston finish him?!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jorge Smith.
I have no idea who won that fight. Let's wait and see whether the judges are as confused as me! Time for a split decision perhaps?!. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The crowd roars in approval and Tully slams his opponent to the mat. OH, that is naaaaaasty! He's out! Tully lands a punch to his unconscious victim for good measure before the ref has time to call the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Slam). Brynden Tully!
After the fight, Brynden Tully was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
