And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mort Shula!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, David Schapiro and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taku shoots for a double leg takedown but Shula sprawls well. He's pushed Taku's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Taku throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Shula was covering up waiting for the punch and Taku finishes the takedown easily into guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Taku trying to control but Shula is working from the bottom.

Shula is working an open guard so Taku takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Shula moves in looking to clinch but Taku pushes him off.
Taku uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Shula.

Taku manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Shula on his heels. He'll look to pass Shula's guard now, I'm sure.

Jack Joe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Joe catches Rincone with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
BOOM! Joe lands a beautiful left hook that drops Rincone. Rincone tries to recover but Joe is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Rincone lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

Manson tries to bum rush Brock with a series of wild strikes but Brock uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Manson fails to land with a series of punches.

Manson blocks a head kick by Brock.
A head kick misses from Manson.
Manson's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Brock connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Manson scrambles back to his feet.
Manson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Brock swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Manson throws a right and a left that Brock avoids nicely.
Manson misses with a few strikes there.
Brock circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Manson drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Brock follows Manson to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
