The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A shot to the liver by Lannister. Beautiful body shot.

Lannister loads up on a big right hand but Teixeira slips the punch.
A telegraphed right hand from Teixeira misses the target.
Teixeira stuns Lannister with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Teixeira fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Lannister looks winded!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A swing and a miss from Teixeira.
Teixeira lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Teixeira throws a big shot that misses.

Teixeira cracks Lannister with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Lannister looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Teixeira finish him?

Lannister is rocked!
Teixeira circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Lannister tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Teixeira wins by KO!

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Orkan Dogu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Hartlock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hartlock looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Dogu is defending well. Hartlock quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Dogu has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Hartlock celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
