The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smegma Iii tries for a takedown but Green circles away easily

and Green counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Still in half guard, Green seems content to control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Green is trying to control. Smegma Iii wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Smegma Iii holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Abraham Green hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

and Sucks counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Romulus gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Romulus shoots in for a double leg but Sucks sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
