Hardy throws a shot from downtown. Pineda moves away and avoids it.
Hardy staying out of range there.

Pineda scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Hardy really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Pineda has hold of Hardy's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Hardy tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Pineda cranks the arm and Hardy screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Hardy, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

A very excited looking Mark Pineda rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

Reed comes to the cage accompanied by Jean Baptiste Lully - Marche Royale. Chad Kauffman told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one!
