The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some bone on bone action there as Rokhan checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Rokhan shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Rokhan is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Kroener wants to hold on but Rokhan pushes him away.
Rokhan can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Kroener is looking to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Veldspar shoots for a double leg takedown but the Caliph sprawls well. He's pushed Veldspar's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
