Brown tries to close the distance and clinch up but Geissen swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Brown swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Anthony Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Geissen takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Shawn Geissen is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

and Geissen counters with a lovely straight right hand!

The fighters circling - Geissen throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Geissen misses with a wild body shot.
Geissen is looking to slow Brown down with leg kicks.
Geissen scores with a jab to the jaw.
Geissen moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Brown ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Geissen moves away.
Brown scores with a punch to the head.
Geissen waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Brown.
Brown is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
A jab lands there for Brown.

Geissen lands a big head kick that sends Brown tumbling to the mat! Geissen takes a step backwards and waves Brown back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Brown is rocked!

It looks like Anthony Brown has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Geissen counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!

A relieved looking Shawn Geissen thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
