Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Cut Copy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Miyamoto fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Copy avoids it really well and circles away.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Copy has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Miyamoto clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Horrible takedown by Copy or perhaps it was just good defense by Miyamoto which made him look bad.

Copy has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Miyamoto finds it's way round the side to connect with Copy's head.
Miyamoto changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Copy tries to avoid it but Miyamoto manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Copy to the ground. Copy escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Cut Copy's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

and Miyamoto counters with a series of strikes that sends Copy to the canvas! Miyamoto follows down into guard, looking to finish the fight!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Cut Copy's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Uzomaki misses with a takedown attempt - Hideki sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Hideki shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Hideki throws a right and a left that Uzomaki avoids nicely.

Uzomaki shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Hideki's guard.

Uzomaki drops back, looking for a kneebar! Hideki looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Hideki looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Hideki!
