Barrett shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Faulk sprawls well. Faulk wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Barrett gets slowly back to his feet.

Barrett fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Faulk has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Faulk ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Barrett sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Winston Howard and Summer Carpenter.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Singer is looking to clinch but Stotch is avoiding it.
Singer fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Singer throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Singer thows a body kick. Stotch tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Singer changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Stotch tries to avoid it but Singer manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Stotch to the ground. Stotch escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Singer fails to land the takedown.

Singer throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Stotch's waist but Stotch gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Singer off to one side.
Stotch closes the distance and clinches up with Singer, looking for a takedown. Stotch pushes Singer against the cage but Singer circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Singer looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
