Nakamura kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Movado - Neva Believe U. Yusuke Nakamura has the better chin. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nakamura lands a head shot.
Nakamura misses with an uppercut

and Doi counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Nakamura's guard now.
Doi wants to pass the guard but Nakamura is keeping the position.

Doi drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Nakamura manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Doi has Nakamura in his guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Doi working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Nakamura doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Nakamura manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

I would just about give that final round to Yuki Nakai.
