Holmes drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Holmes seems to have locked his on tight now - Venter screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Holmes, as he picks up the win!

Millar got a little sloppy there for a moment and Renfro has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Millar has managed to get both his arms back between Renfro's legs - danger averted.

Well Renfro has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wa Sa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yugi Kantana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sa kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Fat Lip. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Sa is looking to defend but Kantana has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Sa! Kantana pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Sa taps out and this one is all over!

Mirapthlak feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Hawk is working an open guard so Mirapthlak takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Speedy Atkins.
