James drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Holmes manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now James has Holmes in his guard.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Wayne crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Matson - the referee stops the clock and Wayne gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Matson. Wayne manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
