The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oliveira takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Oliveira tries to clinch but Renner moves away

and Renner counters with a left and a right that hurts Oliveira! He wobbles and falls to the floor - he's in big trouble! Renner jumps into full mount!

Oliveira is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Renner postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Oliveira in real trouble here! The ref calls for Oliveira to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!

Alfa will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
