Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Chip Freedom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Master Chuin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Freedom comes to the cage accompanied by Star Spangled Banner. Chuin is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Remo WIlliams Theme. This should be fireworks!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 16 - 2, fighting out of New York, Chip Freedom!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Master Chuin!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Elvis Blanc and Ian Loll.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Freedom lands a nice shot to the body.
Freedom throws a low kick but Chuin moves out of range easily.
Chuin throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Chuin bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Chuin fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Chuin closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Freedom to the mat! Freedom manages to get full guard.
Chuin won't allow Freedom to sweep him here.

Chuin is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Freedom is defending well though. Chuin let's go of the attempt for now.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Chip Freedom.

Harper takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Zinfandel lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Harper has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Harper and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
