The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Prien changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lombard tries to avoid it but Prien manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lombard to the ground. Lombard escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Prien has his takedown stuffed
and Lombard counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Prien closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Lombard wants to improve his position but Prien is controlling well.
Lombard gets back to full guard.
Lombard is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Prien is controlling him.
Prien advances position into side control!
Lombard tries to bench press Prien off him but Prien keeps the position.

Lombard turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Prien off and cradles Lombard's limp body as Prien celebrates with his corner.

As Adebesi receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Hudson away and this one is in the books!
