Cookie is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. The Fourth is trying to escape and Cookie transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and The Fourth is forced to tap! Nice work there by Cookie! Very nice indeed!

The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Moore, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
