King darts in and clinches Necromancer up against the cage.
King lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Necromancer backwards.
King lands a right hand.
King lands a left hand that snaps the head of Necromancer backwards.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Necromancer is trying to force a seperation but King has the dominant position.
Necromancer trying to stall but King improves his position.

Necromancer gets a trip takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
King throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
King throws a sloppy strike from the bottom. He's now off balance and Necromancer manages to pass to side control.

Butts shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Black manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Black tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Butts in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Butts slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Buttsis looking to pass into half guard but Black pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Black is in guard.

Black gets to his feet - Butts follows without any prompting.

Taylor is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Blackfyre asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Raffinski lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Jock can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Raffinski and Jock drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Raffinski.

Hansen lands with a nice combination. Borgne backs away looking to recover.

Borgne looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Guigui Borgne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hansen throws a nice looking combination but Borgne bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Borgne enables Hansen to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Borgne manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Borgne's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Hansen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
