That was a close second round but I would say that Jefferson Mendes will probably get the nod.

Banner gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

so Kamara counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Kamara wants to control from the top but Banner keeps moving.

Banner is trying to control but Kamara manages to pass to mount!
Kamara is landing with some decent strikes but Banner is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Banner tries to hold on but Kamara pushes him away.
Kamara sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Kamara can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Banner is looking to escape.

Kamara is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Banner has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Banner!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Banner has an Americana. Kamara didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Banner is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Banner hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
