A telegraphed takedown attempt from Bum is defended easily by Lashley.
Bobby Lashley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lashley tries to bum rush Bum with a series of wild strikes but Bum uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Bum takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

It looks like Huge Bum has been cut.

Lashley shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Bum napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Sanchez is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Bum defends it well.
