The Impaler lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Gracie sprawling to the canvas. The Impaler follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Gracie hang on?

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The Impaler wants to stand up but Gracie has a hold of him and won't allow it.

The Impaler postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Gracie is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of The Impaler, into his guard.

The Impaler is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Gracie is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Gracie drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Gracie jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Gracie stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. The Impaler swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Gracie drops back looking for a leg! The Impaler is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and The Impaler manages to kick Gracie off! Gracie jumps back into The Impaler's guard.

Gracie got a little sloppy there for a moment and The Impaler has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Gracie has managed to get both his arms back between The Impaler's legs - danger averted.

Gracie drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but The Impaler manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Gracie has The Impaler in his guard.

Gracie had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. The Impaler defends it easily.

The Impaler stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Gracie has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! The Impaler manages to get his head free but now Gracie has transitioned to an armbar! The Impaler grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Gracie! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!

McRoberts has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Sigmarsson finds it's way round the side to connect with McRoberts's head.

Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Sigmarsson looks to land a right hand but McRoberts moved out of range.
McRoberts throws a low kick, looking for Sigmarsson's leg but Sigmarsson calmly moves out of range.
McRoberts takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

McRoberts shoots in looking for a takedown. Sigmarsson tries to sprawl out of it but McRoberts keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sigmarsson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Sagat clobbers Pugacheva with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Garp feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Randalls jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Randall looks up at the clock. Bad move! Garp lands a right hand from hell, dropping Randall. Garp pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
