Good exchange - Tyrell coming out on top.

It looks like Josh McGuire has been cut.
Tyrell will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
McGuire slips a jab and a cross from Tyrell.

McGuire decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sims takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Sims moves away from the strike by Gracie.
Sims throws a nice looking combination but Gracie bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Sims misses with a wild body shot.
Gracie lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sims circles away quickly and effectively.
Gracie throws a body punch but Sims moves out of range.
A head kick misses from Sims.
Sims is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

and Gracie counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Sims manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Sims cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Sims has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Gracie to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Sims is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Gracie pulls down on the head and he's put Sims to sleep! This one is all over!

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Mercer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Valentine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mike Valentine struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 137.5lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Valentine shoots in looking for a takedown. Mercer tries to sprawl out of it but Valentine keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mercer manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
