Murphy throws a head kick that Stout semi-blocks.
Murphy shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Stout eats them both and turns towards Murphy to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Murphy shoots in for a double leg but Stout sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

He only made it down to 136.5lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Costa has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Bertoto is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Costa.
