The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Baaf throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Vegas on the side of the head.
Baaf lunges at Vegas with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Vegas's hand.
Baaf throws a looping overhand right but Vegas ducks down to avoid it.
Baaf tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A decent looking cross lands there for Baaf.

and Vegas counters with a nice low kick that buckles Baaf's knee momentarily.

Hioki comes into the arena with Heart of Asia blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Badger blocks the body kick.
Badger tests Himura's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Honey Badger decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.

Cullen throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent David stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Richard Cullen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A looping hook to the body misses from David. Cullen does a little dance to reset his feet.
Cullen lands a nice looking body shot.
David dives in and grabs Cullen's left leg, looking for a takedown. Cullen pushes down on David's head and hops out.
David uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Cullen.
David doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Cullen thows a body shot but no joy.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

David throws a jab when Cullen was well out of range.
