The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kosaka throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Laniyan swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Kosaka.

Kosaka gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Laniyan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kosaka swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Ottway closes the distance and clinches up with Mamarou, looking for a takedown. Ottway pushes Mamarou against the cage but Mamarou circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Ottway shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mamarou sprawls well. Mamarou wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Ottway gets slowly back to his feet.
