Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luke Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Timothy Ziff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ziff has chosen Runaway Baby- Bruno Mars as his entrance music. Timothy Ziff struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 266.5lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Ziff avoids it really well and circles away.
Taylor looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Ziff lands a nice shot to the body.

Ziff takes the fight into the clinch.
Ziff stalling the fight.

Ziff manages to pull guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Taylor sitting in guard here, content to control.

Ziff stands and steps away. Taylor gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Ziff lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Taylor backwards.
Taylor is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Ziff is trying to trip Taylor. He has hold of a leg but Taylor is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Ziff persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Taylor is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Timothy Ziff was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Ziff throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Taylor tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Ziff is in Taylor's guard.

Taylor pulls Ziff in close to prevent any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ziff has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Taylor is proving hard to escape from.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Well Ziff has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Fortuna lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

It looks like Santeri Reijasalo has been cut.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Reijasalo is defended easily by Fortuna.
Fortuna goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Fortuna drops his shoulder and cracks Reijasalo with a huge uppercut! Reijasalo goes down! Can Fortuna finish him?
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Fortuna thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Fhked shoots in for a takedown but Davies shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Davies drops Fhked with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Fhked looks back up at him and smiles so Davies waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Davies fakes the body blow, causing Fhked to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Fhked goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

Reynolds shoots in looking for a takedown but Taylor manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Reynolds's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Taylor misses with a few strikes there.
Taylor throws a right hand that Reynolds ducks under and follows up with a left that Reynolds also avoids with ease.
Taylor lands a jab.
Reynolds misses with a looping right.
Taylor is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Reynolds.
Taylor misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Reynolds.
Taylor stuffs the takedown attempt from Reynolds. Reynolds gets slowly back to his feet.
Taylor cracks Reynolds with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Reynolds tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Taylor pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Reynolds is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
