The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beast shoots in for a takedown but Adams shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Horrible takedown by Beast or perhaps it was just good defense by Adams which made him look bad.
Adams blocks a head kick by Beast.
Adams looks to land a combination but Beast avoids it well.
Beast shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Adams as he avoids it easily.
Lawrance Adams has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of The Beast.
Adams throws a right hand that Beast ducks under and follows up with a left that Beast also avoids with ease.
Beast takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Beast looks gassed!
Adams pivots, looking for a leg kick but Beast is out of range and Adams settles back down.
Adams tries to bum rush Beast with a series of wild strikes but Beast uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Adams misses with the combination.
Beast takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Adams misses with a low kick as Beast jumps back.
The Beast seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Adams cracks Beast with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Beast looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Adams finish him?

It looks like The Beast has been cut.
Adams throws a right and a left that Beast avoids nicely.
Adams lands a big right hook! Beast looks hurt but is still standing! Adams lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Beast falls down and Adams dives in with a huge hammer fist! Beast's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Adams runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Churcher rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Good moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Good tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Churcher was well out of range. Poor timing from Good.
Good scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Churcher takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

It looks like Clayton Churcher has been cut.
Churcher fails to land with a series of punches.
Churcher throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Good keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Montoya shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Bentham is trying to defend but Montoya finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

You get the feeling that Allen really doesn't like being in this position too much.
