The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia tries a low kick but Isaksen avoids it.
Garcia keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Isaksen swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Garcia.
Garcia does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Isaksen throws an overhand right that lands on Garcia's shoulder, as Garcia tries to avoid the shot.
Isaksen fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Garcia throws a right hand that Isaksen ducks under and follows up with a left that Isaksen also avoids with ease.

Let's hope that The Coward has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Despite being in the dominant position, Machida The Coward just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Pop stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. The Coward swivels though and keeps the full guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now The Coward is on top in guard.
