The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chaney throws a right and a left that Rua avoids nicely.
Chaney shoots in and drives through. Rua sprawls well.
Chaney lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Rua circles away quickly and effectively.

Rua fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Chaney sprawls well initially but Rua persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Rua is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
