Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Head throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Head swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Engle dives in and grabs Head's left leg, looking for a takedown. Head pushes down on Engle's head and hops out.
Engle takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

It looks like Rob Engle has been cut.
Engle shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Head as he jumps to the side.

Engle ducks straight into an uppercut from Head and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Engle manages to regain guard straight away.

The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Engle working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Head doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Head manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Engle escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Head gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Bam Bam shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Bam Bam showed some decent athleticism there.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Bam Bam in particular looking to stall.

Shala is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Shala is fighting to break Bam Bam's control of his arms but Bam Bam is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Shala tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Shala has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Shala wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Bam Bam, who protects the arm well.

Shala is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Bam Bam is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Shala has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Bam Bam is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Shala yanks on the arm and Bam Bam is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Shala.

A very excited looking Sisnik Shala rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
