and Marko counters with a good, hard body kick but Hogan shrugs it off.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

That was a close round but I would say that Cain Marko will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.

Marko tries to work over Hogan's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Marko creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Hogan tries to throw a body punch but Marko avoids it by throwing Hogan back against the cage.

Marko pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Hogan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Marko was well out of range. Poor timing from Hogan.

Hogan takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Hogan has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Marko.
Hogan is breathing heavily.
Marko fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Hogan on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Marko fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Hogan has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Hogan's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Marko connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Hogan scrambles back to his feet.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Marko lands a nice hook to Hogan's body. Hogan takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Marko rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hogan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Marko fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Hogan.

Hogan takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Hogan is rocked!
Marko pounces like a tiger and cracks Hogan with a vicious hook! Hogan is down but not out! Marko follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
