The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tuomela thows a left - swing and a miss!
Tuomela looks to throw the jab but Ijima is out of range.
Ijima fails with a takedown attempt.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Tuomela. Ijima shrugs it off though.
Ijima dives in and grabs Tuomela's left leg, looking for a takedown. Tuomela pushes down on Ijima's head and hops out.

Tuomela cracks Ijima with a big right hand and Ijima goes down!

It looks like Ichi Ijima has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Tuomela slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Damashii is trying desperately to land a takedown but Toro is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Damashii.
Toro closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Damashii out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!

Slayer chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Wollsey can pounce on him.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Slayer crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Wollsey - the referee stops the clock and Slayer gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Wollsey. Slayer manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Bullock.
Bullock jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Bullock keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Jorge tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Bullock manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Jorge uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bullock.

Jorge feints and as Bullock raises his hands in defense, Jorge changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jorge accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
