The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pablo closes the distance and clinches up with Taylor, looking for a takedown. Pablo pushes Taylor against the cage but Taylor circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Pablo shoots in looking for a takedown. Taylor tries to sprawl out of it but Pablo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Taylor manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Jason Taylor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of el Pablo.

Pablo has clasped his hands together around Taylor's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Taylor manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Miyamoto gets caught napping as Williams dives in and scores a takedown. Miyamoto manages to retain guard.

Miyamoto knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Williams on the ground.

Williams is looking to sinch up a triangle. Miyamoto throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Williams's body to avoid the submission. Williams has instead reached around Miyamoto's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Williams arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Well Winner has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
