Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nate Sonnen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nate Sonnen told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Green tries to clinch up
and Sonnen counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Sonnen.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Sonnen passes Green's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Green is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Sonnen's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Sonnen's back!

Meadows has chosen Punky's Whips as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Country is looking to defend but Meeoff has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Country! Meeoff pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Country taps out and this one is all over!
