The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Micheangelo Fripello and Colin Fray.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Truong misses with a wild combination.
Truong cracks Bailey with an open hand slap.

It looks like Brice Bailey has been cut.
Bailey shoots in looking for a takedown but Truong manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bailey's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Bailey moves forwards but Truong connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Jeremy Truong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Truong throws a head kick but Bailey moves out of range.
Truong throws a series of punches but Bailey moves out of range.
Truong misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bailey misses with a takedown attempt
and Truong counters with a straight right hand.
Bailey is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Truong lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Bailey looks for a takedown but Truong sprawls well.
Oh Bailey is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Bailey. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Truong swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Bailey throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Truong's waist but Truong gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bailey off to one side.
Bailey shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Truong but Truong pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Bailey fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Truong will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Truong connects with a single shot there.

Truong lands with a right and another and another! Bailey is in big trouble! Truong lands again and this time it's lights out for Bailey! A quality knockout there for Truong.

Ward throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Miller.
Miller avoids a punch combination nicely.

and Miller decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Ward's guard.
Miller trying to move into half guard but instead Ward has managed to sweep!
Miller wants to sweep but no luck.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ward throws a big right hand that misses.
Miller looking to hit a scissor sweep but Ward is one step ahead there.
Miller keeping moving, preventing Ward from controlling successfully.
Ward throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Ward is looking to work some ground and pound but Miller has wrist control.
Ward sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Miller's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Miller tries to kick Ward off but Ward keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Miller trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Ward manages to pass to mount!
Miller tries to lock up and control but Ward gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Ward has hold of Miller's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Miller manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Miller can do anything to dispel that myth.
Ward sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Miller is looking to improve his position but Ward isn't that keen on the idea.
Ward trying to control but Miller is having none of it.

Ward working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.

Miller really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ward. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Miller swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.

Ward wants to finish this one by submission but Miller is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Ward.
Ward scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Miller?
Ward has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Ward is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Miller can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Miller is wriggling around trying to escape.
The referee warns Miller that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Ward wants to control the pace but Miller is squirming around nicely.

Ward has control of Miller's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Miller regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Ward tries to push Miller's head away but Miller is holding on tight.

Miller is desperately trying to improve his position but Ward has a good base and remains in mount.
Miller is trying to get back to his feet but can't.
Miller wants to control but Ward is having none of it.

Miller is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Miller defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Ward.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ward mounts Miller! Really nice guard pass there!

Miller tries to improve his position but Ward has taken his back! Ward has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Miller tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Ward pushes Miller away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
