Williams has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Wrestling is really squeezing tight and eventually Williams passes out! Wrestling breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Uleh Fulsik!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, John Mangel and Summer Carpenter.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tompkins lands a two punch combo.

It looks like Uleh Fulsik has been cut.
Fulsik connects with a looping right hand.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Fulsik forces Tompkins back against the cage and clinches.
Tompkins is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Fulsik to keep the fight standing.

Fulsik's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Fulsik drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Fulsik looks to land a body kick but Tompkins moved away.
Fulsik fails in his attempt to clinch.
Tompkins shoots in but Fulsik avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Tompkins lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Fulsik circles away quickly and effectively.
Fulsik displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Tompkins throws out the jab.

Tompkins pushes Fulsik up against the cage in a clinch.
Tompkins tries for a takedown but Fulsik manages to get underhooks.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Steve Tompkins. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Fulsik wants to stall.
Tompkins misses with a hook to the ribs.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Tompkins has Fulsik pressed against the cage, preventing Fulsik from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Tompkins wants to take the fight to the mat but Fulsik manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Tompkins goes for a takedown attempt but Fulsik pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Fulsik tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Tompkins gets in close and tags Fulsik with a short punch that almost sends Fulsik to the mat! Oh Fulsik is in big trouble! He turns his back on Tompkins, trying to create some distance but Tompkins rushes him, striking wildly and Fulsik goes down! The referee tackles Tompkins into the cage to end the fight! Tompkins is one violent man!
